The Subframe is of strong RHS with plenty of support using 4 cross members and the drawbar connects to the front spring hangers, which gives the trailer extra strength.
Featured is a Drop Tailgate with a hinge setup that requires no maintenance.
With the plans, you will be able to build your own trailer, as there are so many options available with Mudguard gussets and Trailer Side Panel gussets, and Box Trailer kits ranging from a height of 300 mm – 520 mm. You can make the Box Trailer Braked or Non-Braked.

7 Leaf Eye to Eye Springs, as an option leaf springs can be used.
This Cage is easy to fit and remove when not needed, the Cage is Built on an angle frame that locates inside the edges of the side and front panel, with two bolts holding in in place.
The rear gates of this Cage fold back around to the side for better access.
A removable rear H Rack Bar gives the sides of the cage strength, meanwhile still being able to remove it for loading the trailer especially with fork lifts etc
Rattle catches for easy securing the rear gates.
The Front and Rear Side Gusset give the Trailer strength and protects the Tail Lights from damage.
